We deal in clothing and apparel for men, women, kids, girls, and boys.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, with tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must not fall under non-returnable categories (see Section 6)

Any product returned that does not meet the above criteria may be rejected.


2. Reasons Eligible for Return / Refund

You may request a return or refund if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received an incorrect product or size
  • The product is missing items or materially different from the description shown on the website

Supporting images or videos may be required for verification.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return request:

  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach clear photos/videos of the product
  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days

Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment
  • Refund processing time:
    • 7–10 business days after inspection
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item)

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed subject to stock availability
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be processed
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

6. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Innerwear, socks, or intimate apparel
  • Products purchased during clearance sales or special discounts
  • Custom-stitched or altered products
  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling

7. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or wrong item, we will bear the return shipping cost
  • For all other returns, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
